2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Innerwear, undergarments, or hygiene-related apparel.

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order garments.

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events (unless defective).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).

  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email or phone regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, or bank transfer).

Note: Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you must follow the return process.
